Description

Duties of a Customer Service Supervisor may include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures for Amarapura Icon.
• Define and communicate customer service standards.
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards.
• Building good customer relations with tenants and visitors to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with finance team to oversee rent collection processes, ensuring timely and accurate rental payments.
• Lead daily operations of the customer service team.
• Assist in property marketing efforts, including online listings, advertisements and promotion materials to attract prospective tenants.
• Review customer complaints.
• Track customer complaint resolution.
• Handle daily complex and escalated customer service issues.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service.
• Identify and address staff training and coaching needs.
• Performing Ad hoc duties by Property Manager.

Requirements

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant working experience for more than 3 years in relative field or similar customer service environment.
• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Fluent in Myanmar and English language – both written and spoken.
• Computer literate & able to prepare and file written reports.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Planning and organizing skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality
• Customer Service minded
