Description

‐ Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
‐ Checking phone line and electrical line every day.
‐ Handling for bill payment and maintain the record of monthly meter bills, phone bills, internet bills.
‐ Handle monthly office stationery and security meals buying case.
‐ Maintain the record of the incoming and outgoing documents such as letters & parcels.
‐ Maintain the record of the office stationery, Newspaper and journals buying list.
‐ Handle for foreign employee’s stay and visa extension process.
- Dealing with Government offices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head.

Requirements

- Any Graduated. Age must be under 28.
- Basic in English 4skills. Must have Computer skills and computer typing in both Myanmar and English.
- Must have good personality and communication skills.
- Able to use fax and email, able to learn to increase the capabilities.
- Can work under pressure. Must have teamwork.
- Must follow the ISO 9001 requirements.

to Friday (8:30 Am to 5:15 Pm)



Saturday
(8:30 Am to 12:30 Pm)



Saturday
(Half Day) Off, Sunday – Off, Gazetted Holidays- Off.
