1. Check daily attendance of the employee with duty roster by comparing with HRIS data
2. Collect and data-source the overtime requisition of the employee.
3. Check the duty change procedure of the employee when they requested.
4. Check and administer the corrective action record for the late and absent employee.
5. Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR administration functions.
6. Perform dispatch procedure in timely manner.
7. Preparing recommendation letter for employee when they claim it.
8. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superior of the HR Division


1. Any Bachelor Degree with diploma in Human Resource Management.
2. Diploma in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development.
3. 1 year of experiences in relevant fields.
4.Basic Computer MS Office.
5.Communication skills.
6.Basic English.
7.HR concepts and customer service mindset.
