Description

-Coordinate with Departmental Managers to identify staffing needs
-Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and other events
-Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
-Arrange schedule interviews with departmental managers.
-Extend job offers and negotiate salary
-Make orientation and on-boarding training to new join
-Support to recruit all regional branches
-Prepare and maintain office documents (personal profile, job offer letter, promotion, demotion, termination letter, etc.,)

Requirements

-Any graduated
-Must have HR Certificate or Diploma and 1-year of working experience in the related field
-Must have good knowledge of recruitment and understand HR Functions and process
-Must have good communication Skills to build strong relationship with employees and employer
-Must communicate in English
-Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email)
-Can work under pressure
