Requirements

1) Graduate (a degree in business or related field is a plus).
2) Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
3) Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
4) Understanding of retail sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue.
5) Ability to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
6) Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
7) Inventory management software, and basic computer applications.
8) Age (20 to 25).
