Jr IT Officer
Description
• Collaborate with various departments to align IT solutions with the business needs of each department.
• Implement measures to ensure the security of data within the IT systems.
• Implement and enforce IT policies to maintain a secure and compliant IT environment.
• Regularly check and maintain the local network, access points, and Wi-Fi routers.
• Ensure regular maintenance of CCTV systems and network cables.
• Provide training to junior IT officers for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Conduct user training sessions and offer technical support to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in IT systems management, security measures, and project leadership.
• Ability to train and mentor junior IT officers.
• Experience in providing technical support and user training.
• Competency in regular maintenance of local networks, access points, Wi-Fi routers, CCTV systems, and network cables.
• Strong coordination skills with various departments and vendors.
