Jr Process Executive
Description
• Conduct interviews with Department PICs and staff to gather information on current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and document processes, including creating flowcharts, diagrams, and written procedures
• Create learning videos for each process to ensure staff understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Process Development Manager to ensure alignment with department goals and objectives
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• According to the Integrated Management System IMS, flow charts and guidelines must be strictly followed.

Office Hour
8:30 – 5:30 (Monday-Friday)
8:30 – 12:30 (Saturday) (Overtime as required)
