HR & Admin Executive
Description
- Handling the administrative process of Office set up, Fixed Assets control, Store Ground Stock Checking, Document Control and Procurement Process.
-Manage for HR functions, such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations and training .
- Arrange to prepare and control the budget for stationery consumption, staff meal, refreshment, staff uniform, petty cash, business card, ID card, mobile phone bill.
- Check the office stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and property maintain.
- To provide and coordinate with general administrative support the office activities, religious events and donation.
- Assist to prepare the monthly budget data for monthly report.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to an organization.
- Keep track of account balances and managing petty cash.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.
- Schedule and managing meetings room, workshops, and special events.

Requirements
• Any Graduate and Certificate (or) Diploma in HR or Admin Management
• Must have (2) years experience in related field.
• Active & Smooth Communication and Team working skills.
• Willingness to learn and have to work any challenges and complain handling.
• MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
• Must have Facility knowledge & government relations.
• Must have Human Resource knowledge and labour law in Myanmar.
• Must have (2) years experience in related field.
• Active & Smooth Communication and Team working skills.
