Description
To be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of Clover International School, advising on, and implementing the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, and allowing other leadership team members to focus on teaching and learning.

Requirements
A recognised Business qualification
Business experience, with up to date working knowledge of local law and good business practice
Experience of handling difficult situations and conversations successfully
Experience operating administrative databases
Evidence of further professional development
Experience of working in an education setting
Experience of setting up administrative systems and procedures
Skills and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, confident individual who can communicate in a professional manner
Able to influence
Able to work alone or in a team, able to use initiative
Management skills
Strategy and planning skills
Excellent, administrative, IT skills, Word and Excel or equivalent systems
Excellent telephone manner
Strong numerical skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to review, develop and implement administrative systems
Ability to lead on projects and initiatives which improve school operations
