Architecture Engineer
Description
• Conduct site surveys and customer orientation surveys.
• Receive client requirements, develop ideas, and propose suitable architectural design options.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, consultations, and presentations of design concepts with clients.
• Design preliminary floor plans and functional layouts (2D concept) and develop 3D visualizations for projects such as apartments, townhouses, villas, offices, etc.
• Possess strong knowledge of construction materials, building structures, technical standards, and construction regulations.
• Coordinate closely with related departments to ensure project consistency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil engineering, ...
• Experience in a similar role, can use well design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, ...
• Possess strong and diverse aesthetic sense.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Great English written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn.
• Must be able to follow the rules of related projects.
• Able to travel everywhere if the project has.
• Experience in a similar role, can use well design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, ...
