Admin Officer for Chairman Office
Description
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Chairman’s Office.
• Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and meetings as assigned.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action lists when required.
• Manage correspondence, emails, reports, and official documents for the Chairman’s Office.
• Arrange meetings, travel plans, accommodation, and logistics as required.
• Monitor office supplies, assets, and administrative expenses for the Chairman’s Office.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Chairman or senior management.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or executive office support.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English or Chinese
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or executive office support.

Benefits
Salary: Negotiable (Depends on Experience)
Working Days: Mon to Fri (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), Sat (Half)
Off Days: Sat (Half), Sunday & Public Holiday
