- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the remittance,develop and implement efficient operational processes, procedures, and systems to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
- Provide strong leadership to the operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans to maximize team performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as banks, regulatory authorities, partners, and strategic marketing alliances.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and marketing best practices, making necessary adjustments to operational procedures and marketing strategies as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Operations Manager- Remittance industries.
- Strong understanding of remittance and Forex operations, including knowledge of payment systems, currency exchange, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
- Those having experiences manage the Remittance payment Operation (similar to Western Union) are preferable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
