HR Manager
Description
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR Operations Department.
• Plan, create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process (screening, interviews, offers)
• Classify and follow up the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Make sure and well maintain all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
• Promote a positive and productive work environment
• Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPI, OKR)
• Manage and track department budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor law and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chairman & CEO.

Requirements
• Any bachelor’s degree, preferably in bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR professional in a similar role and preferably in the Insurance/Telecom industry.
• Good knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices
• Demonstrable analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in English

Benefits
Salary : Negotiable (Depends on Experience)
Working Days : Mon to Fri (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), Sat (Half)
Off Days : Sat (Half), Sunday & Public Holiday
Other Benefits : Ferry Provide
