HR General Manager
Description
• Lead and manage the overall HR strategy for the group of companies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment and workforce planning across all subsidiaries.
• Manage performance management systems, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies.
• Develop leadership and succession planning programs.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive and oversee group-wide HR strategies by establishing frameworks and SOPs
• monitoring KPIs and reporting, aligning manpower planning with business units, and leading training and development initiatives.
• Drive HR digital transformation and HRIS implementation.
• Provide strategic HR advice to top management and board members.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (preferred)
• Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience in management role
• Experience in group/multi-business environment preferred
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to manage multiple business units
• Must be proficient in managing HRIS in a structured and efficient manner.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (preferred)
• Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience in management role
• Experience in group/multi-business environment preferred

Benefits
Salary : Negotiable (Depends on Experience)
Working Days : Mon to Fri (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), Sat (Half)
Off Days : Sat (Half), Sunday & Public Holiday
