ATM First Line Maintenance Technician
Description
• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on ATMs and CRMs.
• Detect and fix errors
• Travel to service sites and keep in touch with clients in a professional manner.
• Report any lost or damaged tools to the team leader
• Work independently while actively supporting team operations
Training and Awareness
• Provide training to relevant ATM operation.
• Support training sessions for new FLM staff and provide on-job guidance.
• Assist in knowledge transfer & refresher training for bank operation teams.

Requirements
Education Requirement:
• Any Graduate, Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Science (BSC)
• Diploma / Certificate in A+.
Other Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware & operating system (Windows).
• Knowledge of printer paper roll replacement, card jam & cash jam clearing.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN cable, IP check, rebooting).
• Problem solving & troubleshooting skill.
• Good communication & customer handling skill.
• Basic reporting & documentation skill (Excel, Email, Ticketing system).
• Ability to work a team & on-call duty.
• Must follow Dual Control Rule & bank security procedure.
• Willing to work in shift/roster system including weekends & holidays.
