-Organize employee records and maintain databases
-Onboarding and orientation for new employees
-Candidate Screening & Evaluation
-Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
-Manage offer letters, negotiation, and onboarding processes
-Support employer branding initiatives across social media and job platforms.
-Represent the company in job fairs, university events, and recruitment activities.

Requirements
-Any Graduate
-Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management
-1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR recruitment
-Must be use Microsoft package (Advance Excel for HR)
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
