Senior Bancassurance Consultant
Description
• Counseling to provide life insurance services to bank customers at the branch; follow up with customers who are interested in purchasing an insurance policy; making an appointment; must be able to explain the various type of life insurance that meet customer needs.
• Perform customer service well and professionally for life insurance purchase inquiries.
• Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of business areas, its products, and supporting functions.
• Customer Service: Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships by providing a consistent quality level of service that is timely, thorough, and responsive to the needs of the customer after sales services. This includes face-to-face interactions, telephone communications, written correspondence, and electronic communication.
• Work closely with branch staff to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Report and submit Life insurance sales accounts; Sales reports referred by the bank daily accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate actively on tasks done with teamwork in a timely manner; other business duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Must have a degree from the relevant university/college.
• Having sales and customer service experience in banking; Transportation medicine FMCG, those with sin hotel services and financial services, IT industries can also apply.
• Must be self-directed and highly motivated.
• Extensive knowledge of the various types of life insurance policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for prioritizing multiple and assignments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Be as an energetic person working on weekends as per business need accordingly.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills especially using Outlook Mail.
