HSE Officer (Mandalay)
Description
• Analyze and follow up daily on theft cases and anti-theft prevention
• Monitor regional security concerns and timely reporting
• Follow up on customer-reported theft investigation sites and meet customer requirements case by case
• Prepare and submit weekly reports, including theft reports, FIR reports, site inspection reports, security color-code reports, high-risk site reports, and anti-theft reports
• Ensure Safety Standards, Risk Assessments upon Personnels and Operations and Maintenance activities
• Enforce safe work practices for fuel handling, civil works, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and work at height
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, awareness, and toolbox talks
• Coordinate with operations teams, security and local stakeholders for theft preventive measures and sites asset protection
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to fuel storage, waste disposal, oil/fuel spills, and noise/ air pollution
• Ensure proper availability and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety or Security Management
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in telecom O&M, power, construction, oil & gas, or other infrastructure sectors
• Proven experience in managing theft prevention, site security, and field safety
• Experience working in remote, high-risk, theft-prone, red-zone, or security-sensitive environments is highly preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and training skills.
• Knowledge and experience in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Working at Heigh
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety or Security Management
