Education Consultant
Description
- Promoting and selling education programmes and services to students, and other educational institutions
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals to meet client needs and close sales deals.
- Develop and execute sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly update sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing students and prospects.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle students’ inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales understand the needs of educational institutions and align them with the products or services offered by the organization activities, client interactions, and contracts in the data sheet or system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and enhance skills.
- Arrange and participate in both external and internal Workshop, Open Houses or Event.

Requirements
- Must have at least over 2 years in sales experience.
- Must have a Bachalor degree.

- Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
