Description
โข To attain full proficiency in products and services of the company to be able to explain well to partners and customers on instructional materials and courseware, academic year and terms, academic fees and payment method, etc.
โข To liaise with service providers to facilitate the issuance of certification, exam scores, instructional material, courseware and other documentations
โข To liaise with international institutional partners to maintain good business relationship and to ensure optimal operations between the parties
โข To provide advisement to students regarding academic pathways and international education opportunities (Singapore, Dubai, Canada, etc.), and career opportunities with the corporations
โข To maintain partner and student records accurately and real time, and perform business improvement study and customer need analysis regularly
โข To follow up with teachers and students to ensure all academic terms are completed per study plans
โข To be responsive on multimedia channels and calls, and provide consultation on enquiries without any supervision and promote sales
โข To attend and be representative at the company promotion programs and educational events
โข To develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and drive to meet the targets
โข To promote exam vouchers such as Red Hat, UKVI, Perison, etc. and manage end-to-end procurement process with suppliers, and coordinates with the exam vendors and facilitate exam schedules

Requirements
โข Minimum of 3+ years of experience in similar industry or job role
โข Bachelor Graduate is a must
โข Fluent English in speaking and writing
โข Skill in the Odoo ERP system or similar ERP is a plus
