HR & ADMIN OFFICER
Description
Human Resources
• Managing end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Preparing employment documents, including Job Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, Confirmation Letters, Promotion Letters, and Salary Adjustment Letters.
• Maintaining employee personnel files and HR documentation.
• Monitoring employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Assisting in payroll preparation and coordinating with the Finance Department.
• Conducting employee orientation and onboarding programs.
• Supporting employee performance appraisal and KPI evaluation processes.
• Assisting in training coordination and staff development activities.
• Ensuring compliance with company HR policies, SOPs, and Myanmar Labour Laws.
• Supporting employee engagement, welfare, and disciplinary processes.
Administration
• Managing office administration and daily office operations.
• Coordinating office maintenance, office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
• Managing company assets, office inventory, and administrative records.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Preparing official correspondence, letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
• Maintaining company licenses, registrations, insurance records, and administrative documents.
• Coordinating with government offices, service providers, and external stakeholders when required.
• Supporting Management with general administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Diploma or Professional Certification in Human Resource Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Experience in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or Corporate organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethics.
