JOB DESCRIPTION
Revenue & liquidity Management
• Coordinate with business departments to collect and consolidate daily revenue figures into tracking reports.
• Report the accumulated daily revenue file to relevant depts for cross-verification and feedback.
• Manage the monthly revenue cut-off process, perform final reviews with departments, import into the MISA accounting system, and submit the consolidated summary to the CFO.
• Issue invoice, and billing to business partners, and securely store physical documents in archive facilities.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial summaries covering invoicing and tax deductions, and perform Commercial Tax fillings.
• Communicate daily with partners and internal departments to facilitate timely collections on prior-month revenues.
• Maintain detailed customer ledger schedules, reconcile subsidiary records against MISA Account monthly, and monitor liquidity flow.
• Other ad-hoc requirements.
Cash Management
• Prepare cash payment and receipt vouchers upon receiving payment requests or money from departments, partners, or customers.
• Update all cash payment and receipt vouchers in the system and daily cash book on a daily basis.
• Reconcile the physical cash book with the MISA system monthly and submit the inventory cash report to the Manager and CEO
Bank Management
• Process bank transfers for customers and employees upon receiving approved payment or advance requests.
• Update bank transactions in MISA based on the bank statement online.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations by comparing internal bank ledgers against official bank statements for every active account.

Requirements
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
(B.comm/ LCCI 3/ ACCA Part1 prefer)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
Good verbal and written communication in English
Able to work in team and meet deadlines
