Description
- Handle daily incoming calls & Coordinate with operation to ensure timely customer requests.
- Research new clients and building strong relationships with existing customers
- Maintain order tracking and provide customers with updates on their order status
- Report customer issues & feedback to Management

Requirements
- Any Graduated (or) High School Graduated
- Must have at least 2 Years experience in related fields
- Can use Computer Basic (Microsoft excel & word)
- Good Social / interpersonal skills
