Sales & Marketing Supervisor (Botataung Township)
Description
-Draw the marketing plan and present the marketing strategies.
-Plan to reach the sales team goals.
-Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
-Maintains good relationships with clients through superior customer service.
-Perform in marketing research and finding new customers.
-Good in solving customer complaints.
-The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
-Must take responsibility & accountability.
-Prefer experience in selling construction materials items. (E.g: Deformed Bar, Wire Rod, Beam, Hollow etc)
-Prefer experience in social media content writing.

-Must have 2 years & above experience in related field
-Must be able to work with team members
-Must be able to travel locally
-Excellent in Negotiations Skills , Communication Skill , Problem Solving Skills , Leadership Skill , interpersonal Skill
-Good in Computer Skills (Excel , Word , Powerpoint)
-Able to work under pressure
-Must have 2 years & above experience in related field
-Must be able to work with team members
-Must be able to travel locally
