Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description
• Handle and support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Facilitate with respective HRBPs to understand position requirements and develop accurate and detailed candidate profiles.
• Effectively source potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, recruitment databases, and employee referrals.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate subsequent stages of the selection process with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the background check and blacklist checking of the potential candidates.
• Maintain and regularly update the talent pipeline and candidate database to support current and future workforce requirements.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization as an employer of choice across various platforms.
• Support and coordinate recruitment events, including career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and virtual hiring campaigns.
• Create and update the company’s Careers Viber channel and Facebook page to engage potential candidates and advertise job openings effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure proper candidate information management.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and ethical hiring standards.
• Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and dashboards to management, highlighting key performance metrics and hiring insights.
• Strong Decision making in recruitment matters and independent.
• Possess customer first DNA.
• Other Talent Acquisition related assignments by Manager.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS office and social media platforms for recruitment.
• Familiar with ATS and sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and candidate assessment.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
