• Monthly Sales Target များ ပြည့်မှီစေရန် Sales Strategy များ ချမှတ်ခြင်း
• Sales & Marketing Team ကို Performance တိုးတက်အောင် ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း
• Marketing Campaigns & Promotions များကို Planning မှ Execution အထိ စီမံခြင်း
• Sales Process နှင့် Customer Service SOP များ တိုးတက်အောင် တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း
• Sales & Marketing Data များကို Analyze ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Report တင်ပြခြင်း

Requirements
• Female candidate (Leadership skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ)
• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခု မှဘွဲ့ ရရှိထားပြီးဖြစ်ရမည်.
• Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager Level Experience 3–5 years
• Skincare / Cosmetic Industry Experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
• Digital Marketing & Showroom Sales Process နားလည်သူ
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ
• Target-oriented, Responsible & Team Leadership ကောင်းမွန်သူ
• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခု မှဘွဲ့ ရရှိထားပြီးဖြစ်ရမည်.
