Procurement and Warehouse Supervisor
Description
1. Coordinate with external suppliers for the procurement of components and ensure design compatibility during modifications or updates.
2. Develop production plans and manage raw material procurement in alignment with production requirements.
3. Conduct monthly inventory checks for components, finished goods, and raw materials to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
4. Assist in the implementation and operation of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in traditional medicine (B.M.T.M), Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in production planning, procurement, or inventory management.
3. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards; experience in quality system implementation is an advantage.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
6. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
