Junior Sale Counselor
Description
-The Junior Education Counselor supports students in selecting suitable academic programs and institutions, assists with admission processes, and provides guidance on study-abroad opportunities. This role involves student counseling, documentation support, and coordination with universities and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Counsel prospective students on course selection, universities, and countries based on their academic background and career goals
-Assist students with application procedures, admission requirements, and deadlines
-Guide students in preparing required documents (academic records, SOPs, CVs, recommendation letters, etc.)
-Provide basic guidance on visa processes and interview preparation
-Follow up with students throughout the application and enrollment process
-Coordinate with partner universities and institutions for admissions and updates
-Maintain accurate student records and update CRM or internal systems
-Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
-Support senior counselors in daily operations and student management
-Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, Humanities, or related field preferred)
0–2 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Australia, etc. preferred)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications

Ability to work with diverse student backgrounds
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Willingness to learn visa and admission regulations
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
0–2 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or customer service
