IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Description
• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, issues, and project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Establish project governance, prepare status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, networks, virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, and security solutions.
• Oversee system upgrades, migrations, backups, patch management, and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure compliance with security policies and service-level agreements.
• Maintain accurate technical and project documentation.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper-V, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewalls, storage, and backup solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence).
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
