Inventory Accountant
Description
- Receive and inspect incoming cargo shipments and inventory items
- Check product quantity, quality, and item accuracy upon arrival
- Perform stock opening and item verification processes
- Set product pricing and prepare price tagging/labeling
- Allocate and distribute products to related departments and store branches
- Record inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock records
- Arrange product transfers and deliveries to branches
- Organize and maintain warehouse and stock storage systematically
- Conduct regular stock counting and inventory checking
- Recheck damaged, missing, or incorrect stock items
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams for stock management
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory movement and stock balance

Requirements
- Experience in Inventory, Stock Control, Warehouse, or Accounting field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Experience in Fashion Retail or Branded Collections industry is an advantage
