Description
• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
• Review and approve materials, specifications, and drawings.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage timelines and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Assist in obtaining permits and approvals.
• Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Relevant professional license/certification.
• Minimum [3] years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Good design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Can travel site area if needed. (Mdy .etc).
