Jungle Detox is looking for an energetic, responsible and customer-focused person to join our team.
Your role is simple:
Help customers choose the right products, convert enquiries into sales, and make sure every customer receives excellent service.
ဒီ role အတွက် Key Responsibilities တွေကတော့
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition
Page admin အနေနဲ့ စာဖြေပေး၊ Leads များကို follow up လုပ်ပေး၊ အော်ဒါမှတ်ပေးရန်
2. Customer Support & Satisfaction
Customerကို ဂရုစိုက်ပေးပြီး၊ အဆင်မပြေတာတခုခုရှိခဲ့ရင် သေချာကူညီဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်
3. Order Accuracy & Fulfillment
Packing list များ တိတိကျကျပြင်ဆင်ပေးပြီး မပို့ခင် တာဝန်ယူ final check လုပ် စစ်ဆေးပေးရန်
4. Relationship Management
Customer တွေရဲ့ အချက်အလက်များနဲ့ အကြိုက်များကို CRM system တွင် ပြည့်ပြည့်စုံစုံမှတ်တမ်းသွင်းပေးရန်
5. Team Collaboration
Customer စိတ်ကျေနပ်မှုရှိစေရန်နဲ့ အမှားအယွင်းကင်းစေရန် ထုတ်လုပ်ရေး/ပို့ဆောင်ရေးအဖွဲ့များနဲ့ teamwork ရှိရှိ ချိတ်ဆက်အလုပ်လုပ်ပေးရန်

3. Problem Solving Skills: အဆင်မပြေမှု/လွဲချော်မှုတွေရှိလာရင် ခေါင်းအေးအေးနဲ့ ထိရောက်စွာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်စွမ်းရှိခြင်း
4. Reliabile & Responsible : သက်ဆိုင်ရာ tasks များကို ပြည့်စုံပြီးစီးအောင် တာဝန်ယူလုပ်ကိုင်တတ်ခြင်း
5. Team Performance : အဖွဲ့သားများနှင့် အဆင်ပြေပြေ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်တတ်ခြင်း

⚡Salary : Basic Salary + Monthly Performance Related Pay up to 150000 MMK
