Description

• Verify spare parts pricing and quotations to ensure cost accuracy and compliance with procurementprocedures.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and confirm budget availability for timely procurement.
• Process and maintain procurement documents (PR, GRN, Invoice, FAC, etc.) to ensure accurate records.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and repair of spare parts and equipment.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Inspection teams to ensure proper receiving and quality verification of spareparts.
• Monitor and update DG availability and warehouse inventory trackers to maintain accurate stockinformation.
• Ensure the availability of critical spare parts to support operations and minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor the repair progress of DGs, Rectifiers, and other repairable assets with vendors.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement status, inventory availability, repair progress, and operationalexpenses.
• Monitor and control in-house truck expenses, including fuel consumption, cash usage, and driver advancepayments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve spare parts management and support operationalefficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and safety standards in all spare partsactivities. To follow up with vendor and in-house relating with DG overhauling, Rectifier repair, PE and DGspares repair, battery regeneration, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Spare Parts, Inventory, Warehouse, or Procurement management.
• Experience in telecommunications, power equipment, or related industries is preferred.
• Good knowledge of spare parts management, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with Diesel Generators (DG), Rectifiers, batteries, and other telecom power equipment is an advantage.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and company compliance requirements.
