HR Officer/HR Assistant
Description
Handle end-to-end Recruitment and Selection, including Candidate Sourcing, CV Screening, Interviews, Selection, and Onboarding.
Coordinate with Restaurant Branches and Department Heads to fulfill Manpower requirements.
Manage and monitor employee attendance and follow up on attendance discrepancies.
Maintain employee records and support joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and exit processes.
Handle basic employee HR inquiries and support employee relations matters.
Prepare HR reports including Manpower, Recruitment, Attendance, Turnover, and Employee Movement.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented across branches.
Perform other HR duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Restaurant / F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or related industries.
• Strong experience in Recruitment & Selection.
• Experience in attendance management; Global TA experience is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
