HR Supervisor
Description
Handle recruitment, facilitate onboarding for new hires and assist in coordinating staff training programs.
Check & prepare monthly payroll data, attendance, leaves, overtime, SSB by Hr Software and authorized deductions.
Maintain accurate employee databases, update org charts, job descriptions and support the performance appraisal process.
Conduct employee inquiries, helping resolve daily HR/Admin issues and fostering a positive work environment.
Manage office supplies, track expenses, invoices and maintain an organized document control system.
Ensure all HR tasks follow established ISO guidelines, flowcharts and company policies.

Requirements
• Any Graduate; prefer in business administration or business management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR.
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
• Experience in working with similar organizations or institutions will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of and the ability to interpret and action labor laws.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
