M & E Technician/ M & E Engineer
Description
- Oversee and maintain all machinery involved in the soap production process, including motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other mechanical components.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical systems to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Manage the factory's electrical systems, including lighting, power supply, and electrical distribution infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve any electrical or mechanical malfunctions promptly to reduce production downtime.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to diagnose operational issues and implement timely corrective actions.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and minimize breakdowns.
- Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems operate safely and in compliance with factory standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of team members' performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement and train them to meet the team's achievement
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements
- AGTI/B-Tech (ME/EP) & Any Graduate with the Engineering Certificate Holder
- Must have at least 2 years and above experience
- Must have Problem Solving Skill and able to work under pressure
