Job Description
• Workflow Optimization: Oversee the mixing, blending, packaging, and quality control stages of tile adhesive manufacturing to minimize waste and maximize output.
• Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive daily Production Reports to the General Manager (Manufacturer), detailing output metrics, material usage, and plant efficiency.
• Competitor Analysis: Actively gather and analyze local Competitor Information and market insights, reporting findings daily to senior management to maintain our competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a strong team environment, working closely with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) to maintain accurate logs of production data, inventory usage, and team schedules.
• Mobility: Be willing and able to travel to other sites, suppliers, or training locations as required by the business.
• Any production related tasks assigned by the management

Requirements
Job Requirements
Education: Must possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Software Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel) for data tracking and reporting.
• Age Limit: Must be between 30 and 40 years of age at the time of application.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment (experience in dry-mix mortar, cement, or chemical manufacturing is a strong plus).
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is highly valued and will be considered a distinct advantage.
• Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and lead diverse plant personnel.
• Adaptability: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight daily production deadlines.
