KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Academic & Teaching Quality
• Ensure effective curriculum implementation
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback
• Maintain child-centered, play-based and Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP)
Child Development & Wellbeing
• Monitor children's holistic development and progress
• Protect children's physical and emotional wellbeing
• Lead appropriate support and preventive actions for developmental, behavioral and safety concerns
Educator Coaching & Performance
• Coach and develop educators
• Strengthen classroom management and teaching capability
• Set clear expectations and professionally address underperformance
Parent Trust & Communication
• Build strong and professional relationships with parents
• Communicate children's progress effectively
• Handle concerns and complaints calmly, professionally and based on evidence
School Operations & Leadership
• Ensure safe and stable daily school operations
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Identify problems, take action and follow through until results are achieved

✔ Has strong Early Childhood Education & Child Development knowledge
✔ Understands Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP)
✔ Can coach, mentor and develop educators
✔ Has strong leadership and people-management skills

✔ Makes sound decisions and solves problems effectively
✔ Remains calm under pressure
✔ Takes ownership — not excuses
✔ Protects children's wellbeing above everything else
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
• ECCD / Early Childhood Education qualification or relevant professional training preferred
• Previous Preschool / Early Childhood Education experience
• Leadership experience as a Preschool Principal, Academic Leader, Centre Supervisor, Program Coordinator or Senior Educator is highly preferred
• English communication and basic computer/reporting skills

Benefits
Salary: MMK 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 / Month
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
