MEP Site Coordination Manager
Description
• MEP site coordination manager are responsible for overseeing all MEP system of site coordination and installation works.
• Review shop drwings, method statements and material submittals to ensure constructability.
• Conduct regular onsite walk-through to verify that systems are installed per approved drawing, Method Statement, accepted standard and manufacturer guideline.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in BE(Electrical)/BE(Mechanical).
• 7 years of relevant experience in building services with High-rise, residential and commercial project.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, drainage, and low-voltage (ELV) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse subcontractor teams, resolve site disputes, and maintain high morale under tight deadlines.
