FARY Operation Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented FARY Operation Manager to lead and manage the overall operational performance of FARY.
The Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining service quality, managing operational teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and continuously improving operational processes and customer/driver experience.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and process management skills, with the ability to work closely with Customer Care, IT, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Oversee and manage FARY's daily operational activities.
Ensure operational processes are implemented consistently and effectively.
Monitor service performance and identify operational gaps.
Ensure smooth coordination between drivers, customers, Customer Care, and Operations teams.
2. Team & People Management
Lead, supervise, and develop the Operations and Customer Care teams.
Set clear responsibilities, targets, and performance expectations.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
Ensure effective workforce planning and resource allocation.
3. Performance & KPI Management
Monitor key operational KPIs, including trip performance, driver activity, customer service performance, complaints, and operational efficiency.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Analyze operational data and provide actionable recommendations to management.
4. Problem Solving & Process Improvement
Identify recurring operational issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Review and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
Identify operational risks and establish appropriate controls.
5. Driver & Customer Experience
Monitor driver and customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate the resolution of operational complaints and service issues.
Ensure operational decisions are aligned with established policies and service standards.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with IT/Product teams on system-related operational requirements and changes.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and other departments on operational matters.
Assess the operational impact of proposed changes and communicate relevant requirements and risks to stakeholders.
7. Management Reporting
Provide regular operational updates and performance reports to management.
Escalate significant operational risks, incidents, and unresolved issues through the appropriate reporting channel.
Provide data-based recommendations to support management decisions.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Ride-hailing, Delivery, Logistics, Customer Service, Platform Business, or a related industry.
Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership position is preferred.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good understanding of KPI and performance management.
Experience in developing or improving SOPs and operational processes.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
Good command of Myanmar and English languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience working with operational data or dashboards is an advantage.
