HR Assistants
Description
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff
• Make Probation Contract, EC Contract & Extension Contract (Communicate with labor office)
• Calculate SSB monthly payment, apply SSB card and benefits (Communicate with SSB office)
• Prepare and maintain office documents (personal profile, job offer letter, promotion, demotion, termination letter, etc.,)
o Make the video for awarding and birthday in every month.
o Write the needed content of company website, collect articles from the regional HR, update in website
o Handle the Facebook pages of the region and help for recruitment process

Requirements
o Any graduated
o Must have 6Ms exp in HR Field
o Must be proficient in MS Office and various media applications
o Must be excellent planning and time management skills
o Must communicate in English
o Can convey complex information in a way that people understand.
o Can work under pressure
