Account Assistant
Description
Assist with daily accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
Record company expenses, and payments accurately.
Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and receipts.
Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of payment records.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account statements.
Support the Finance Department with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Good numerical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
