IT Officer
Description
The objective of this document is to specify the roles and responsibilities of IT Officer so as to meet the organizational objectives.
Responsibility (Job Descriptions)
1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, CCTV, and printers
2. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, and associated network hardware
3. Ensure continuous uptime and reliability of all essential IT infrastructure
4. Perform daily check for CCTV and computer systems according to ISO standard
5. Troubleshoot camera offline issues, DVR/NVR recording faults, and network connectivity problems related to the security infrastructure
6. Respond in a timely manner to IT service issues and requests
7. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
8. Repairing and replacing IT Equipment as necessary
9. Conduct routine physical inspections and cleanings of IT server rooms and equipment racks
10. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process by configuring user workstations and accounts
11. Any task assigned by superiors

Requirements
Requirements:
1. Certified diploma or graduate in Computer Science or similar field.
2. Minimum (1-2) years’ experience in IT role.
3. Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
4. Proven work experience as an Officer role of IT.
5. Computers, IT devices management and general maintenance
6. Network cabling, LAN/WAN/WLAN basic configuration
7. Data organization and Good communication skill in English.
8. Familiar with the basics of MS Office.
9. Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
10. Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming.
11. More preferred who lives near job location area
