Senior Cashier
Description
- Handle and record daily cash, COD, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Verify and reconcile cash collections received from customers.
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
- Monitor cashier operations and coordinate with the Logistics and Finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Supervise and support junior cashiers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Cashier, Senior Cashier, or a similar role, preferably in the logistics, delivery, or retail industry.
- Good knowledge of cash handling, COD collection, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting.
- Able to read and write English and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and POS/accounting systems.
- Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while handling a high volume of transactions.
- Good knowledge of cash handling, COD collection, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting.
