General Affair Supervisor (M&E)
Description
1. Monitor and work with GA staff to repair and maintain store assets (facility and equipment) at peak appearance and operating level, keeping costs within expense budget
2. Assist GA Manager in planning and preparing store’s facility and equipment maintenance programs
3. Monitor and work with GA staff to ensure that all equipment is in good condition and operating at maximum utilization; prepare contingency plan for staff in case of equipment failure
4. Control, monitor, and follow up on all jobs that are assigned to sourced suppliers or contractors
5. Monitor to ensure that correct sourced suppliers or contractors fit with the maintenance issues
6. Monitor management and control activities of manpower both internal and external department
7. Monitor and ensure progress of jobs by following and controlling activities through deployment of staff; provide training and development, including performance evaluation and giving advice
8. Monitor that maintenance related equipment is properly pre-checked and used
9. Maintain high standard of health and safety in the store and department is safe from potential accidents; ensure safety procedures and policies are always followed, safety equipment and/or protective safety is utilized at all times, and that a spill is never left unattended.
10. Ensure adequate training of equipment (forklifts, stacker, electric pallet jacks, cutting devices, etc.)
11. Maintain a high level of customer service when working with outsourced personnel or on the sales floor during business hours
12. Perform any other tasks not specified here within as required

Requirements
1. Graduate of vocational diploma in electrical or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
2. At least 2-4 years experience in heat, air condition, refrigerator, generator and control motor (similar to engineer)
3. At least 2 years experience in repair and maintenance of a building
4. Able to work on Shift Assignment
