GETC is looking for a capable and committed Weekend ELT Class Instructor who can take professional responsibility for delivering quality English language lessons to young learners.
This role is for educators who do not see teaching as simply completing a lesson, but as guiding children’s language development, confidence, classroom participation, and consistent progress.
The Class Instructor is expected to lead the classroom effectively, teach with clarity and structure, and contribute to a learning environment where children can improve meaningfully.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver effective English lessons for young learners based on the assigned program and teaching standards
• Teach in a way that promotes student engagement, understanding, and participation
• Support the development of students’ English skills, confidence, and love of learning
• Manage the classroom positively, consistently, and professionally
• Monitor students’ learning progress and classroom performance
• Work in alignment with GETC’s teaching principles, academic expectations, and organizational values
• Prepare for lessons responsibly and maintain professional teaching standards
• Cooperate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth class delivery
• Participate in assigned school activities and responsibilities as required
