GETC is looking for motivated and responsible Weekend ELT Assistant Instructors who are interested in supporting young learners’ English development while building practical classroom experience.
This position is suitable for candidates who want to grow in the field of English language teaching and who are willing to learn through active classroom involvement, observation, support, and guided practice.
The Assistant Instructor supports the Lead / Class Instructor in delivering a positive, organized, and effective classroom experience for students.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Class Instructor in delivering quality English lessons to young learners
• Assist in classroom activities, student participation, and lesson flow
• Help monitor students’ behavior, engagement, and learning participation
• Substitute teach when assigned or when the lead instructor is absent
• Support children’s English learning through positive communication and guidance
• Help maintain a caring, organized, and disciplined classroom environment
• Participate in school activities and responsibilities based on organizational values and expectations
• Cooperate with the teaching team and operations team professionally
• Show willingness to learn, improve, and take increasing responsibility over time
