College Community Officer
Description
- Plan and execute campus events from start to finish (Orientation, graduation, sports days, and guest lectures).
- Act as the main focal point to connect and maintain relationships with external corporate partners, companies, and industries for collaborative events.
- Supervise, mentor, and budget for student clubs and the Student Council.
- Facilitate and coordinate with industries to secure internship opportunities and practical training placement for students.
- Plan, organize, and lead industrial visits to provide students with real-world business and workplace insights.
- Build the Alumni Network and connect students with NGOs/businesses for CSR projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing to highlight student achievements on social media.

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in student affairs, community management, or event planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect naturally with young adults.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and a true team player.
