HR & Admin Executive
Description
- Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding kits for new hires.
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records (contracts, personal files, attendance, and leave records).
- Help gather monthly attendance data, overtime sheets, and leave records to assist in accurate payroll processing.
- Manage daily office operations, including ordering office supplies, supervising cleaning staff, and handling incoming/outgoing couriers.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal staff communications.
- Coordinate with external vendors (maintenance, internet, water, etc.) and maintain the inventory of company assets (laptops, furniture, keys).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field. (A certificate or diploma in HR is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR and Administration handling operational tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of staff.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for data tracking, and Word).
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential employee information with integrity.
- Fair to good command of written and spoken English.
