Medical Sale Representative
Description
- Identify and establish new accounts by organizing and labeling daily work schedules to call on existing or potential dental practitioners.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of dental equipment (e.g., Dental Chairs, X-ray, Scanner) to clinicians, highlighting technical features and clinical benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists and clinic owners to ensure customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the dental industry to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for equipment installation and provide basic troubleshooting support to clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit logs, and expense reports to the management team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or Business Administration. (A background in Dental Technology or B.D.S. is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in medical or dental sales is an advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the dental industry are welcome to apply.
- Ability to learn and explain complex technical specifications of dental machinery and instruments.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a professional appearance and "can-do" attitude.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal) for reading product manuals and communicating with international suppliers.
- Must be able to travel within the assigned territory (Yangon/Regional).
